My Perspective On Aromatherapy

As you may know, I use therapeutic quality aromatherapy daily. I do this, because these and the guidance of a world expert in aromatherapies, are the reason I am alive today. He cared enough to teach me. I am just paying it forward to you.

There are scores of essential oils(aromatherapy) available. Yet many, and I believe most, are imposters and not genuine plant compounds. Chemical compounds formulated in factories. You only want the real thing. Nearly all perfumes and colognes are nothing more than chemical waters. Some of these will kill certain people. I know this from experience. If you prefer to be of help to the planet, find some therapeutic quality aromatherapy, and wear it. It is not only pleasing to the smell, but simply putting it on the skin can give physical and mental benefits.

Here are just a few of the oils I use, and why I use them.

Single Oils
1. Lemon Oil. This one helps my eyesight. It isboosts my immune system. It helps to purify water(kills chlorine also). It is shown to eliminate athletes foot.

2. Clove Oil. I use this primarily as an anti-oxidant, as I stated in my last post. Bear in mind, all oils can be used topically. You receive results because all oils due to their minute structure, penetrate every cell of the body within minutes.

3. Peppermint Oil. I use this because it acts as an anti-inflammatory agent without the side effects of drugs. It cools the skin and helps when the stomach is upset.

4. Lavender Oil. I find this oil works extremely well for healing from cuts and burns. It has been said by those who work in health, that this oil has all the properties in its therapeutic state, to stop and reverse breast cancers.

5. Cedarwood Oil. This one by inhalation, is wonderful for uplifting of the spirit. Focusing on the pineal gland while breathing this, which is located behind the eyes, and roughly halfway back in the head, can help you with intuition and visions.

6. Eucalyptus Oil(Eucalyptus Globulus). I find this oil works very well at stopping a runny nose, by simply applying it on the sides of the nose. Documentation in Africa shows that when they planted groves of Eucalyptus trees, they stopped the spread of malaria. I had an employee many years ago who had nose polyps that would not stay gone more than a short period of time after surgeries to remove them. I had him put Eucalyptus on a cotton swab and rub the polyps. It took two weeks for them to disappear out of his nose.

7. Geranium Oil. I find this one is excellent as acting as a styptic, or in other words, applying on a bleeding wound, stops the bleeding. Putting Geranium Oil on a damp washcloth and inserting into the nose is a great way to stop a nose bleed.

8. Melaleuca Oil(Tea Tree). I use this one mostly for radiation protection. This one is known to help protect against radiation. We get radiated even with radar guns as we drive down the road.

9. Wintergreen Oil. This one of nature's aspirins. No need to take store bought aspirin that is often tainted with things you don't want to know about, when you can use more health effective at a lesser cost.

Oil Blends
1. Purification. I am never without this blend. This is what I used on myself to rapidly neutralize the poison from the black widow bite, the brown recluse bite, and from the sting of an unknown critter. Very effective for me. Although the last one listed did take longer than I anticipated to neutralize. It took 3 full days. Whatever it was that stung me, stung me directly over the heart. The black widow poison was neutralized in 20 minutes. The brown recluse took about an hour. Now you see why I am never without this blend.

2. Thieves. I use this blend because it is from the historical use of specific oils to stop the black plague. Each oil in this blend is very beneficial with its duty of killing either/or, viruses, bacteria, fungus. Applying it topically on the feet works well for me.

3. Panaway. This one works well for broken bone pain, and helps to accelerate healing of the broken bone and related tissues. When I used it on myself, my broken finger, even though I had to use my hands daily, healed in about 3 weeks. Not bad. It also dramatically reduces or stops pain from the break. It may not always completely stop the pain.

4. Valor. Another blend I will never be without. This one is dubbed: "Chiropractor in a bottle", by many. Harborview Medical Center, in Seattle, Wa. has a documented case on file of how valuable this oil is. Topical application helps to re-align the spine without manipulation. Applying topically on the wrists and holding the wrists together balances the energies of the body. Doing this, you should be able to suddenly feel your energy pulse, after perhaps 2-5 minutes of holding the wrists together. The energy pulse is faster than your normal heart rate.

Wintertime Blues

In many parts of the world, wintertime comes and goes, just like some people's skin rashes. And for many, wintertime is a time for depression. The lack of natural sunlight is the prime cause of depression. Sunlight is considered by many to be the "happy vitamin:. And since we generally cannot get vitamin D from the sun in the winter months, which is much of the reason depression happens in the winter, we should if possible, add full spectrum lighting into our homes and workplaces. Taking oral vitamin D can also help not only this, but vitamin D in general also helps one avoid the flu bug. Beats toxic un-proven vaccines for sure.

The flu shot, or vaccine, is never for the current strain of flu, because no one knows what the current strain is going to be. So the chances of a flu shot being effective are slim at best, and due to the toxic nature of these shots, they are hazaradous in all respects.

Using vitamin D is always helpful, provided of course, you don't take too much. Overdosing on oral vitamin D can be dangerous. So always have your blood tested regularly if you are taking oral supplementations of D. You can also watch the foods you eat. For instance, using spices such as Cinnamon, Oregano and Cloves, can be very helpful, since they are known to kill all known viruses and harmful bacteria.

If you choose something stronger, I suggest using therapeutic quality aromatherapy. Since many people have no idea what this truly is, I'll give a short explanation. Aromatherapy, in its therapeutic state, can be very helpful to the body and mind. Bear in mind, in no way am I stating that these products can cure anything, for this is not true. Nothing can cure you, but you. Using tools to help you cure yourself just gets you there faster. The body is an excellent and very precise machine, and knows exactly how to heal itself. We just need to listen and help it do so. I use therapeutic oils including Lemon, Clove, Peppermint, Oregano, Cinnamon Bark, Frankincense, and combination of blends including Thieves, Purification.

Brunswick Labs, which formulated the ORAC scale for the USDA, which is a rating of the effectiveness, or power, of foods and herbs in their anti-oxidative capacities, show that Clove oil in its therapeutic state, is one of the highest known anti-oxidants, far higher than blueberries, or pomegranite. Brunswick Labs stopped allowing public viewing of their results in 2004. When I contacted them about this, they told me the numbers were being used unscrupulously. Which I had already seen with a company promoting someone else's product line. The higher the ORAC number, the more powerful of an anti-oxidant it is. This site from the USDA lists ORAC numbers for over 200 foods. Clove is not listed, and if it were, it would not show as an overly high number, because Clove oil is far more potent due to its concentration.

I take Clove oil internally, daily. I find it is superb for my needs. I do this by putting between 10 and 20 drops in a 00 capsule. However, you must be warned, that if you attempt this, you must NOT start off with more than about 3 drops. Taking more than 3 drops to start will cause a very rapid increase of waste matter created by killing off bacteria, viruses and fungus. You are very likely to get very sick if you take very much to start. You must work up to the amounts I take, if you want to take this much. Just looking out for you.

Because of what I do with my health, even though I spent the first 40 years of my life being sick way too much of the time, now I do not get sick with anything. No flu. No colds, No pneumonia. Even though therapeutic quality aromtherapy and organic foods are a bit more spendy than commercially grown, they sure beat the cost of things like terminal cancers and dementia, don't they? I'm not saying you cannot get sick eating organic or using aromatherapy. I'm saying your chances of getting sick can be considerably less if you use these. You vote with your dollars. Support your local organic farmers. You need them more than they need you. You just may not realize it yet.

And I recently discovered in my research, that the term "All Natural", used in foods, means essentially nothing. These are just commercial growers and packagers that are using marketing techniques and consumer confucion to sell products at a premium price. "All Natural" generally has pesticides and herbicides, and is generally, just most commercially grown crops, genetically modified. A site that would be wise for the health conscious to read, and shows the "All Natural" connection, is Cornucopia.org.

Did You Know?

“If you based your diet on foods advertised on TV, you’d consume 20 and 25 times the recommended amounts of fat and sugar and less than half of the suggested servings of fruits, vegetables, and dairy products.”
~Dr. Julian Whitaker’s Health & Healing
August 2010

“Researchers from London’s Imperial College found that if the innermost layer of cells at branches and bends of arteries lack the active form of a protective protein called Nrf2, the arteries are prone to inflammation and disease. However, exposure to ‘the natural compound sulforaphane reduced inflammation at the high-risk areas by switching on Nrf2,’ explained Paul Evans, thus restoring the cells’ ability to protect themselves. Sulforaphane is found most heavily in broccoli, but also in other cruciferous vegetables such as cauliflower, cabbage, and Brussels sprouts.”

How To Clean Your Living Area Without Using Chemicals

I am a fond believer in using non-toxic substances, as opposed to chemicals such as 409, bleach, Lysol, etc. It is well known these products are designed to sterilize, to kill. And being chemicals, they cannot be good for your body or brain.

So what is a person to use, instead of toxic materials? Actually, there are many natural variations, many of which work better than the toxic stuff. For instance, have you ever used true lemon oil for cleaning grease? It works faster than almost anything for this.

I had a former employer literally have his eyes bug out of his head, when he saw me put therapeutic quality lemon oil on my greasy hands, rub them together, and within 2 seconds they were clean. He exclaimed: "I don't believe what I just saw"! I always have therapeutic quality on hand, because it is more assured to be free of chemicals. It's gotten pretty difficult on this planet to have no chemicals in anything, even when you grow it yourself, due to chemicals in our air space, from planes, factories, cars, etc.

If you find you have a mold problem in your refrigerator from produce gone bad, the essential oil blend of Thieves, is known by many to kill fungus. I use this blend quite a bit, mostly for personal health. I have used it inside the refrigerator though, with great success. Someone told me they diffused it into their bathroom for 24 hours when their contractor found they had mold in the wall behind the shower, and it killed all the mold.

This site has some good suggestions also, for using "green" cleaning products.

What Can You Do With Cinnamon?

Cinnamon is an herb with a recorded history nearly as old as recorded history goes. The essential oil of Cinnamon Bark was regarded to be in value higher than gold, during the time of Christ.

Cinnamon is a powerful anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal agent, a wonderful spice, smells great, enhances circulation in the body, is thought to create a magnetic field of abundance.

Cinnamon Bark essential oil is part of the 4 oils used by the "thieves" during the 14th century plague of England, to protect themselves from the plague while they looted the dead and dying. These robbers simply used the four oils by applying them topically on their skin.

These thieves were all apothecaries; they knew which oils to use to protect them from plagues. This information, if you are so inclined to search for it, is in the English Archives in London. Or at least was, 5 years ago. Hopefully the drug cartel has not messed with this information and had it erased from these archives.

The essential oil blend of "Thieves" is available in therapeutic grade at this site, as is Cinnamon Bark oil.

I consider the essential oil blend of "Thieves" to be very helpful with health and healing, particularly with cancers, colds and flu. Simply putting a drop on two in the palm of the hands, rubbing together, and cupping over nose to deeply breathe, just might do wonderous things for someone.

I have to state, for the record, the FDA has not approved my comments here on the essential oils, nor on Cinnamon Bark. The FDA never will, since they do not work for the public. I would love to have someone prove that last statement wrong. I wish someone could. Some day perhaps. Just not anytime soon.
