Healthy Humming

“Are you one of those people who hums as you go about your day? In addition to filling the air with song, you may also be warding off sinus infections. Healthy sinuses rely on good ventilation and adequate levels of nitric oxide (NO), which is produced in the sinuses and airways and acts as an antimicrobial agent against bacteria, viruses, and fungi.

Several studies have found that, compared to quiet exhalation, humming increases air flow through the nasal passages and produces a 15-fold increase in exhaled NO. As a result, humming on a regular basis may protect against and help relieve sinus infections.

It may sound crazy, but if you’re one of the 37 million Americans who suffers with headaches, pain, pressure, congestion, and other signs of sinus infections, therapeutic humming is certainly worth trying. (Low, sustained frequent humming that creates vibration appears to be most effective.) I also recommend it for people with asthma, allergies, and other conditions that are marked by reduced respiratory NO levels. With the cold season still upon us and allergy season just around the corner, it’s good to know that this simple activity may help keep you in the pink.”

What Can You Do With Cinnamon?

Cinnamon is an herb with a recorded history nearly as old as recorded history goes. The essential oil of Cinnamon Bark was regarded to be in value higher than gold, during the time of Christ.

Cinnamon is a powerful anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal agent, a wonderful spice, smells great, enhances circulation in the body, is thought to create a magnetic field of abundance.

Cinnamon Bark essential oil is part of the 4 oils used by the "thieves" during the 14th century plague of England, to protect themselves from the plague while they looted the dead and dying. These robbers simply used the four oils by applying them topically on their skin.

These thieves were all apothecaries; they knew which oils to use to protect them from plagues. This information, if you are so inclined to search for it, is in the English Archives in London. Or at least was, 5 years ago. Hopefully the drug cartel has not messed with this information and had it erased from these archives.

The essential oil blend of "Thieves" is available in therapeutic grade at this site, as is Cinnamon Bark oil.

I consider the essential oil blend of "Thieves" to be very helpful with health and healing, particularly with cancers, colds and flu. Simply putting a drop on two in the palm of the hands, rubbing together, and cupping over nose to deeply breathe, just might do wonderous things for someone.

I have to state, for the record, the FDA has not approved my comments here on the essential oils, nor on Cinnamon Bark. The FDA never will, since they do not work for the public. I would love to have someone prove that last statement wrong. I wish someone could. Some day perhaps. Just not anytime soon.

What you don't know can hurt you

In the U.S.A., we are taught by our doctors, the media, and the food industry, that we should do what they tell us. But is this true? I have found that when you let someone else think for you, you are living someone else's dream. Why not live the dream you want?

In a round-a-bout manner, I am getting to your health. And while this is not the place to teach you how to get rid of a specific health problem, it is the place to give you high quality information that can do you far more good than you realize.

If disease; even colds, flu, or pneumonia concern you, perhaps you should check out this information.
