Did You Know?

“If you based your diet on foods advertised on TV, you’d consume 20 and 25 times the recommended amounts of fat and sugar and less than half of the suggested servings of fruits, vegetables, and dairy products.”
~Dr. Julian Whitaker’s Health & Healing
August 2010

“Researchers from London’s Imperial College found that if the innermost layer of cells at branches and bends of arteries lack the active form of a protective protein called Nrf2, the arteries are prone to inflammation and disease. However, exposure to ‘the natural compound sulforaphane reduced inflammation at the high-risk areas by switching on Nrf2,’ explained Paul Evans, thus restoring the cells’ ability to protect themselves. Sulforaphane is found most heavily in broccoli, but also in other cruciferous vegetables such as cauliflower, cabbage, and Brussels sprouts.”

Do You Know What's In The Capsules You Put In Your Body?

If you think you are helping your health by buying supplements or drugs you might want to think again. Sometimes you are, much of the time you are actually hurting yourself.

There are chemicals added to capsules, and sometimes tablets, that are very harmful to the body. One is Calcium Stearate. Check out this link, and this link, to find out why.

Anything with "stearic acid" in the ingredients list is not good for you. Magnesium stearate is known to coat the cells of the body to prevent oxygen/nutrient absorption. This one process is much of what causes disease.

Check out this site on Magnesium Stearate. These links are well worth your time. If you don't understand the information these sites are giving you, please go through them again. I
