How Pure Is Your Diet?

If you are like most in the civilized world, your diet is probably quite a bit less than pure. Meaning, although you may eat healthy, you still have toxins in your body, in part from the foods you eat. Also from the air we breathe, the water we drink(chlorinated and fluoridated waters are not clean waters ~ very harmful toxins), the clothing we wear, the bedding we sleep in.

The body absorbs minute particles which are in the air, food, and water we are in and around. Many people will argue that those are just minute particles. And yet, how many minute particles does it take to become a health hazard? We have so much in our lives that we, ideally, should be constantly detoxing.

If you believe that fluoridated water is good for you, it may be wise for you to do some searching outside the dental industry. According to a prominent medical doctor, the ADA had a 25 year gag order on fluoride, so your dentist was not allowed to tell you the hazards. And this apparently was not the only gag order. Too much money to be made apparently, if things were left alone.
