What's In A Thought?

While I do what I can to educate on what creates health issues and how to resolve them, one thing I haven't touched much on has been your thoughts. It has been said that one can think themselves sick, and they can think themselves well.

Actually, this is a true statement. The problem lies in the truth that most people don't actually have belief in this. If someone develops an issue such as cancer, can it be eliminated with thought? I am not able to speak for you, but I have witnessed this firsthand.

I had a woman on the phone several years ago who told me she had had a very bad cold which would not go away, and that she then went to a healer. This healer used colors. She said the healer used color therapy on her, and instantly the cold was gone. I asked her what color the healer used to make the cold go away, but unfortunately for me at the time, this woman did not remember.

I have read multiple stories about people healing from health problems with sound therapies, such as with the use of crystal bowls. You can google any of this information and find a ton of very helpful stuff, including immediate use for you in those areas, of colors and crystal bowls.

One of the times I listened to the crystals, I was struck with a resonance that vibrated through my entire body, by two different tones. The resonance was so strong I was quite literally, very surprised. And I am not one to be surprised easily, when it comes to healing methods, due to my years of research and using myself as a personal guinea pig, so to speak.

Back to the thoughts issue though.......if you could alter your life by simply, yet slowly, changing the way you think, this one process might just have life changing and very profound impacts upon your life. This has happened with me, although it took me over 4 years to get to the point where I now understand, to a large degree, just who I am and why I'm here. The majority of people do not learn this. They live life believing circumstances that happen are beyond their control. And yet....

Just suppose, for a moment, that everything that happens in your life, is a direct result of the way you think? How would that change your life? When you accept this, and start to change your way of thinking, changes start to happen in your life you probably could not have anticipated, generally for the better.

And, if you say to yourself: "Why did this happen to me?", perhaps better said, to yourself, would be: "What can I do to change what just happened to me?". When you change your thought patterns in this way, your mind goes to work to find ways to do what you ask. Your mind works in the background of your other thoughts, every second of every hour. Many times you will find the answers come to you very rapidly, sometimes in seconds.

Your mind will work on the very thoughts you possess. So if you ask yourself: "Why are bad things always happening to me, or why am I always in debt", guess what your life is going to be like? Since your mind is always working anyway, give it something to work on that will be of build you up, not tear you down.

If you have not seen the movie, "What The Bleep Do We Know", I highly recommend it. This is a movie that somewhat subtlely takes you by the hand and teaches you to think differently. This method will work. Not just for some, but for everyone. And I realize not everyone reading this may agree. But that is just because they have not opened their minds to the realization that things are not always as they seem.

I live outside the proverbial "box". I used to tell people about 12 years ago, after I had been practicing some of the martial arts for about 15 years, that one can easily take a 2"x6" board, from any direction, and easily break it with their hand, with no pain, no bruises, no injuries. This has little to actually do with the martial arts, rather; it is with the "focus". When you realize what this "focus" is, you then begin to understand how each of us can change the way our lives are going. Take the economic situation for example.....

If you don't like the way Congress and President Obama are doing things, perhaps a better method of getting them to do what you would like, are to think and act like they are doing what you'd like them to. This would be labeled as similar to the "Maharishi Effect". The Maharishi Effect is proven to work, every time, when a group of people get together and focus their positive intentions on an issue of any kind. Crimes rates can be caused to drop with this methodology, health can be enhanced, financial strength can be attained, and much more.

Have you understood yet why I'm telling you all this in a health blog? If not, it is because this all has to do with your health, and the health of the planet. The more positive you are, the more positive the world becomes. The more positive the world becomes the richer we all become, not necessarily financially, but as a whole, with love, health, wisdom, money, less crime, and more.

I know firsthand that disease can be eradicated without ever meeting the patient, and without them ever knowing what someone else is doing to help them, or that someone even is helping them.

So is the proper nutrition necessary for health? Of course it is. We must live a rounded lifestyle, living it from all perspectives and with the knowledge of who we are, to be in the fullness of life.

I hope this helps! Enjoy life. Live simply. Give much. Think positvely. Be a gift to someone. You might just enjoy all this beyond your wildest dreams. Remember, all things happen for a reason.
