What's In A Diet?

When most people think of going on a diet, they think of salads, limiting calories, diet supplements, and probably numerous other things including machines to do workouts with. And while workouts are always a good thing, as long as you're physically able, limiting calories is usually not a good thing. When someone cuts their caloric intake, assuming they were not over eating in the first place, the body will suddenly start to conserve body fat, because it believes a lack of food is in place. And it is.

So...what is one to do? Sign up for a year long deal with a workout place with monthly payments that are out of many people's budgets; walk to work, ride a bike instead of drive, etc.
