MSG. What Names Are Used To Hide It From Public View On Food Products?

I very recently found out the hard way, some of the known side effects of MSG. While I eat natural foods, in other words, organic(preferably certified organic), or wild, or naturally grown(completely organic) by me, I at times will eat foods such as packaged snacks also. When they are labeled as organic.

I found some organic potato chips from Kettle Foods, in Salem, Ore, that were on closeout at one of the local health food stores. I bought some bags of them.

While playing a game online tonite, I started munching. They were so addictive I kept eating, until the bag was nearly empty. It was at this point, that I suddenly decided I better read the label. You see, I had suddenly gotten very angry, my heart rate had gone up(way up), and stayed up for awhile afterwords(Until I got myself detoxed).

I am a very peaceful person. However, I had gotten so angry doing nothing but eating potato chips and playing a computer game(I see life as an experience, almost nothing angers me), that suddenly I wanted to eliminate certain people out of the playing field. Not just anyone. But those in the FDA responsible for allowing this toxic waste to be put into; and worse: hidden, into our food supply. No one else had anything to fear from me, but I had so much 'anger energy', I couldn't sit still.

I am a higher energy person, but this was more than annoying. Do you have any idea how hard it is to truly anger someone who lives life as simply an "experience"? It is nearly impossible. Our food supply is supposed to be free of chemicals. At least, it was 100 years ago. And how much disease did we have back then? Not much, compared to now.

I can imagine your thoughts at this moment. This is why I decided I better read the label. I had bought different varieties of these chips from Kettle in the past, and there were very few ingredients; nothing harmful listed. No problems with them. This set of chips though, has MSG.

Perhaps this is why they were on closeout in the store. Personally, I would have incincerated them, because that's the only almost safe way to dispose of such a hazardous material. Costs too much money to send it into deep space, and we sure wouldn't want other life forms out in space to think we are THAT stupid, that we would eat this stuff.

On this set of packaging, it is listed as "Yeast Extract". I was prompted to read the label even before this happened, because I suddenly realized I felt addicted to this new bag of chips. The addiction part is why MSG was put in food in the first place; to get us to buy more(and get obese).

I know many people have visible health problems due to this chemical in our food supply, and some may be able to relate to this posting. Here is a list of known hidden "MSG" labeling words.
Some of the listed side effects of MSG include rapid heart rate, depression, irritability, twitching. No depression here, but the rest of these applied.

I know I have had some of this stuff in my body before, but either it was not a large enough amount, or I was not showing symptoms. I always tell people to read the labels. And I nearly always do. But, since I was used to buying chips from this company, and found no reference to MSG on the other packages, I naturally figured they should be a company worth giving some business to. Not anymore.

I am telling you this in part, because you may have children, or a spouse, who suddenly gets angry, depressed, won't eat, reclusive; or does something worse. I did not like telling you what was going through me when I was affected by the MSG, but I knew you needed to know the potential issues involved with MSG. I am here to help people, not hurt them.

Never again will I touch any "food" with any reference of any kind, to a chemical compound. And I will gladly start referencing foods in this blog that have MSG in them, as I find them. I generally stay out of stores that sell groceries that are not somewhat health conscious.

Even most vaccines are said to have MSG put into them. Makes you want to go out and get 30 or 40 vaccines, doesn't it? And now kids in NJ are required to have them all before first grade, thanks to the drug cartel running the NJ legislature. You can do a google search to verify this. I had to find out why the law was passed. Pretty simple to figure out once I found out who passed that law.

Poor kids. Now I can only imagine, and hope I'm wrong, on what might be happening to these kids and their families. This is what I did to relieve my issue with MSG....

I used Chlorella. Chlorella is a cleanser of toxins in the body. I buy it in bulk here, then put a tablespoon or more in a glass of non-chlorinated water, and slowing drink it. If you've been reading my posts on this site, you know that you should hold this in your mouth for at least several seconds before each swallow.

This is to get nutrients into your bloodstream. You will get nutrients either way, but most of your digestion is in the mouth, and it's said that certain nutrients don't make it into the lower intestine to be able to enter the bloodstream. By the way, if you get good Chlorella, it is not bad tasting. Actually, there is not much taste to it.

Chlorella does indeed help remove the MSG, just as it will Aspartame, or NutraSweet, which is the more commonly used "sweetener" name, or Splenda. This was originally intended to be a pharmaceutical drug. Only in 5,000+ food products because of the potential for profit. And a massive profit for the chemical company it was; and still is, though many people are becoming more aware of what it is, and that they need to get back on track with health.

And you probably had no idea there were that many foods, did you? It is listed on the majority of packages, but under various names, so the consumer(that would be you and I) don't recognize what it is.

By the way, the term "organic" does not mean the product is safe. There are diiferent organic ratings, listed below.......

100% ORGANIC
all ingredients - the product itself and anything used in processing - were grown and harvested according to USDA organic standards.

CERTIFIED ORGANIC
a USDA-accredited agency has confirmed that the farmer, company or business who raised or handled the product meets all USDA organic requirements.

MADE WITH ORGANIC INGREDIENTS
must contain at least 70 percent organic ingredients.

ORGANIC
a way of growing and processing food and fibers that doesn’t involve the use of artificial ingredients, preservatives, synthetic pesticides and fertilizers, hormones, antibiotics or irradiation. Products labeled “organic” must contain at least 95 percent organic ingredients, according to USDA regulations. The name of the certifying agency must be displayed on the package.

Since the packages of chips I bought say "USDA organic", one would think they are safe. But, there's a catch in here, in the labeling. The FDA lists MSG as "gras", or Generally Regarded As Safe. Great group of people aren't they? Always willing to help their clients, the drug cartel.
