SuperFoods

We have available to us a vast array of food to eat. At least in civilized countries. And perhaps more so in the not so civilized. A case in point is the algae Chlorella. Chlorella is a very powerful food. I use it daily, and have had for several years. You may want to read this site to see what Chlorella really is.

Another SuperFood is Spirulina. Both of these are very nutrient dense. Meaning they are VERY good for us. You can find these foods by the tablet or pound at this site, which is the way I buy them(by the pound),(mix a teaspoon or more in clean water and slowly drink to gain the nutrients in the mouth.

The reason I drink it in water is because most of our quality digestion occurs in the mouth. For instance, it is said that vitamin B-12 can only be absorbed in the mouth; that the stomach acids destroy it. Chlorella is high in B-12. Because these are considered very nearly perfect foods, does it not make sense to get the most out of them? I believe so.
