Do You Garden?

I don't know about you, but I love to garden. Organically, or course. Many people use natural compost from compost bins they have on their property, to increase the nutrient value and taste of their foods. Something else I started doing a few years ago was adding powdered herbs into the soil.

I started with Kelp, but found for a few plants, it was a bit salty, so for the most part now, I use organic alfalfa powder. The plants thrive on this due to the nutrients you have added to the soil. Fertilizers you buy in stores seldom have nutrients to speak of; they are simply an unbalanced form of chemicals, which your food(and your body) would rather do without.

Here is something I would not suggest doing if you are not living a healthy lifestyle, and this is using urine supplementation. While this may not sound appealing, if your diet is clean, your plants will show you how much they love it. It is as if you have given them rocket fuel. The human body does not absorb nutrients well, for a variety of reasons. So the nutrients leave the body through our waste.

When I saw plants that a close friend of mine started this on, from start to about 5 days, I was shocked. She used the urine therapy on just part of a row, and just water on the remainder. The urine part of the row was over 3 times taller in that short period of time, than the rest of the row. And these plants were all about the same height at the start; roughly about an inch. The formula for this: 8 parts water to one part urine. Your plants will appreciate you if you do not have drugs in your body. This includes the use of most hairsprays, since those chemicals absorb directly through the scalp. Just somethings to consider.

Another Shocking Warning About Swine Flu Vaccine

The swine flu vaccine has been hit by new cancer fears after a German health expert gave a shocking warning about its safety.

Lung specialist Wolfgang Wodarg has said that there are many risks associated with the vaccine for the H1N1 virus. The nutrient solution for the vaccine consists of cancerous cells from animals, and some fear that the risk of cancer could be increased by injecting the cells.

The vaccine can also cause worse side effects than the actual swine flu virus.

Do you have hypothyroidism? If you don't, you know someone who does. Seaweed can be very effective at helping this condition.

Kelp is an underwater plant with a majestic form, deep green color and a high nutritional yield. Commonly referred to as "seaweed" this botanical beauty is not from the common "seaweed" but rather a different classification of plant entirely. Care and importance should be taken when consuming kelp and one should know its origin.

Many of the world's oceans are suffering from pollution, so it is best to use a Kelp product from clean, pristine and protected ocean. Hawaii, Iceland, Canada, and the North West United States are all choice locations for quality Kelp products. Kelp is a great source of nutrients and can be added easily to any diet from both the digitata and nodosum varieties.
Constituents:
Iodine, Calcium, Iron, Potassium, Vitamin B1, B2, B12 and polysaccharides
Parts Used

Powdered or granulated whole kelp plant, which has been sun dried, cleaned and processed.

Typical Preparations

Powdered kelp can be easily included in practically every dish. You may sprinkle it on entrees, soups, salads, and it makes a marvelous drink in the form of a "green smoothie". Also adds well in teas and in iced drinks. Encapsulated kelp is also available as well as the liquid extract from the fresh plant.
Summary

Japanese studies have shown that the high Iodine value in Kelp assists with healthy thyroid function and these results have been overwhelmingly supportive in it being an effective treatment for hypothyroidism. Preliminary tests are showing that it may be effective in the supplemental treatment of tumors, however to date these reports have not been validated.
