The Ways Of Finding Health

In my quest for finding the cure for disease, which started about 1981, I have come across various methodologies, brought to me not only by reading and listening, but by inspiration. Many people consider inspiration in healing a form of potential quackery. And that's ok. They must be true to themselves.

What I have found that works very well, is the power of belief. Actually, it goes beyond belief. It becomes "knowing". Even Chunyi Lin, the founder of Spring Forest Qigong, teaches, although perhaps not in these exact words, that energy flows where thought goes. The more you repeat and focus on something to yourself, the more you will believe it. The more you believe it, the more it becomes who you are. In a very literal sense, it creates your reality. This is also referenced in my book published on Amazon.com, titled: Make Diabetes Vanish.

About 7 years ago I became a student of Quantum Touch Therapy. Quantum Touch is a form of energy healing. If you are wondering if I can heal someone this way, the answer is no. What you do with Quantum Touch, is the same as you would with any other health tool. You give the body the tools it needs to heal itself. One advantage Quantum Touch has, is that not only does the recipient receive benefit from the application of Quantum Touch, but so does the therapist. This method of healing can show results so quickly and simply it may boggle your mind. And yes, the body or/and mind can easily be healed this way. Only when you see it happen, as either a giver or receiver of the therapy, will you truly begin to understand it. Therapeutic quality aromatherapy also benefits both the recipient and the giver. When you realize these are win-win situations, how could anyone who understands the benefits not want to use them on a daily basis?

If you would like to learn a little about Quantum Touch you might want to visit this video on Utube. In most respects, I consider this to be very similar to Spring Forest Qigong. Because I'm a constant learner, I do both of these and much more.
