It's not uncommon this time of year, in the northern hemisphere, that a large number of people get depressed. Many will blame this on their finances, their love life, the weather, etc. Is there a way out of this scenerio? Yes.
It is well documented in every health field, that sunlight helps us be in a better mood. As I've said before, sunlight is called the "happy vitamin". Full spectrum lighitng is a powerful adjunct into your less lit wintertime days. And while Vitamin D, that is caused from the skin's reaction to sunlight, is much of what increases the hormones directly related to those emotions, you can also take it internally, or use a tanning bed(a better option). Dr Mercola sells some of these on his site, Mercola.com
And while this is all important for our emotional and physical well-being, I have to add, that happiness is an inside job. In other words, you are happy because you want to be. The same applies if you are sad. From my own personal experience, I found that when I was severely depressed, and not due to a lack of sunlight, I looked within and within seconds I was laughing. And while you may think I may be a little off my rocker, you just may change those thoughts once you do this. Looking within is a form of meditation. Essentially, my spirit told me: "Silly, you are just having a life experience. You are in total control. It is up to you to make it better". And suddenly I was overcome with happiness. It can happen that quickly. And I bet you thought I was trying to sell you something huh? Nope. But this guy in the link below is offering something I believe is too good to pass up, which is why I posted it here.
The majority of Americans see the winter holidays, Christmas in particular, as a time of giving. And receiving. This is part of the wintertime blues. Either someone doesn't have enough money, or believes they don't; or they just don't know what to get someone, or they are procrastinators and wait until the last minute, only to find out they missed the last available store, because it just closed. How to get out of that dilemma?
I make a moderate amount of money writing my blogs, and most of what I make this way, is not because someone is buying something from me. You can learn how to do what I do here. I invite you to check this out. It's not my site, and this guy does know what he's talking about. Even I learned a few pointers from him. I'm always open to learn. How about you? This guy is a master marketer, and he enjoys teaching.
Blogging costs nothing, except a litte time. Learning the proper methodologies is very important though, if you wish to make money at it, which is why I've added the above link to help you out. Enjoy your day, and be careful on the roads.
