If you are an American, you know what this means; lots of great foods, family and friends getting together, and the day before perhaps the busiest shopping day of the year. What does this have to do with health? Lots.
When we gorge ourselves on food, our digestive systems become taxed. And frequently, overtaxed. Plus, if we go out shopping for great deals for the up and coming holiday we deal with more stress, due in large part to the enormous amount of people we run into.
My suggestion would include making sure you have plenty of fiber in your diet, preferably straight from the fresh produce, having some fresh lemon juice tomorrow morning to help straighten up your body's health a bit from the day before, and some meditation to help combat the stresses, not only of being around potential hordes of people, but everyday life in general.
Meditation is a phenomenal tool, that, in my opinion, everyone should use. If you haven't used it, you have no idea what you are missing. Meditation can be life changing. Check out this site to learn how to meditate.
