Healthy Eating

The majority of Americans generally buy packaged foods to make their meals and snacks with. Yet, we know that most of these foods, even some organic versions, have added items that are simply not good for any living creature. So what to do? Eating raw is a great way to go. I know when I was on a completely raw diet 30 years ago, I had energy that I forgot could exist. My mind was super clear, my memory was awesome, my dreams were good and easy to recall.
