The Schematics Of Wellness

First of all, I would like to thank you for visiting my blog. I do this blog as a courtesy to help others who are in need; those that may be up against a wall with no known place to turn. I am grateful for all who visit, and any comments my visitors leave.

The subject line is the Schematics of Wellness. Ok...so what is wellness? Does this mean no colds, flu, pneumonia, cancer, etc? In part, yes. But wellness goes beyond this. Wellness entails all the following and probably more yet....

* A positive attitude(negative or angry attitudes disrupt the body's chemistry, and throw you off balance), is important.

* A mineral, vitamin, enzyme inbalance in the body leads to physical and/or mental issues. Consuming a balance of these in foods so they interact synergistically is very important.

* Improper eating, i.e., not enough live foods, wrong food combinations, can create a candida or fungal issue within the body. Fresh foods have an abundance of live enzymes, critical to mental and physical health. Fresh foods also allow for the body to recuperate from stress and injury faster, allow for the rememberance of otherwise unknown dreams, and help increase the intuitive nature of the body and mind.

* Water is essential. While many people/cultures believe you need to consume very little water, and this may have its merits, due to the standard american diet, far more water is necessary for the body to be healthy. Water should be clean. In other words, no chlorine or fluoride, as this are both very toxic to the body. Natural chlorine or fluoride is not toxic, as it is in a synergistic balance with other nutrients. Fluoride added to foods, toothpastes, etc., is a very dangerous method of trying to help one's health, as this is nothing more than a chemical added as a method of disposal. This type of fluoride is not from natural sources.

* Organically grown food is important. Important because:
1. It has little to no pesticides or herbicides, and would not be genetically modified. There has been no safety testing done to show genetically modified anything is good for us. I don't want rat genes or viruses in my foods. Do you?

2. Organically grown foods, as shown by several university studies, has far more nutrients than commercially grown foods.

3. Organically grown foods are more palatable, meaning they will naturally taste better due to the high nutrient content. After one eats foods such as tomatoes or grapefruit as organically grown, then switches after a few months to commercially grown, the commercial produce tastes just like cardboard. It was not appealing to me. I had to throw those foods out, and go back to my organically grown. I only did that because a few years ago, finances were tight, and I was trying to save a dollar here and there. However, saving a dollar here and there with this method, sets you up to spend hundreds or thousands or more, with health issues such as cancer.

And we know that peanut butter, as well as soy, is potentially harmful to the thyroid. Dr Ben Kim sent me an email about a new nut butter on the market, organic, which has cashews and tahini in it, and tastes exactly like peanut butter. Here is a site to get some info, or here is his site if you wish to order from him.

If you have noticed, there is an exponential increase in the amount of people educating and selling health products. This has two reasons at least. One is because many people understand that the medical industry, particularly in America, lacks sorely in the health and healing dept. Medical doctors in the U.S. are trained only to treat symptoms with chemicallized drugs, which gives little to no actual benefit. U.S. medical doctors are forbidden to prescribe anything natural to help a patient. Natural doctors have become far more urgently sought after, especially when serious illness arrives.

Another is because there is money in helping others. And I have no problem with either of those reasons. They are both valid and beneficial.

Without proper diet, medicine is of no use. With proper diet, there is no use for medicine ~ Unknown
