The Art Of Losing Weight

When i was young, body building really appealed to me, so I took it up at the age of 15, and continued for another 15 years until I was forced to quit, due to an accident. Bodybuilding was great for helping me to stay in shape(I was a farm kid, so I didn't really need much), and helping keep me lean.

I took up martial arts a few years later, because I liked the art. And that too, helped keep me in shape. And yet now, I don't do that much either, simply because I'm busy busy busy with other things. So one of the easier things to do to keep weight from building and making me look like the Pillsbury Dough Boy, I eat organically grown raw foods when as much as I can. Raw foods are very different in many respects than cooked ones, in that the body will burn fat with raw, and retain fat with cooked. That's not "cast in stone" on all foods, just a generalization.

What I found was that because I am sitting for a portion of my day at a computer, I needed more help with my stomach muscles. So I decided to check out this course on toning abs. It works wonders.
