Tis The Season For Illness

While many people use things they think are very helpful to help prevent illness, including the flu, we have to question whether or not they really are useful. For the end user.

For instance, using anti-bacterial soaps. One should be able to believe these are a great thing. After all, they are touted as being able to kill pretty much any bug you have on your skin. This may be true. However(you knew this was coming, didn't you?), the products in anti-bacterials are nearly all chemicals, most of them listed as highly dangerous on the MSDS sheets. One may not think that is a real problem. Until, we realize that most if not all of those chemicals, absorb directly into the skin. So what is a person to do?

You can get affordable health insurance, without the cost and the hazard of getting drugs, by utilizing true therapeutic quality essential oils. Many of these therapeutic quality oils are known to kill every virus, nearly all if not all, harmful bacteria, mold and fungus, staph, ecoli and much more. Studies have been conducted at many universities including the online resource PubMed.

This is what I use when I work on those with viral conditions: Not saying these will work for you, due to FDA requirements, and the individuals body chemisty;

Oregano(Oregano Vulgare)
Cinnamon Bark(Cinnamomum Verum)
Clove(Syzygium aromaticum)

I have yet to find anyone who did not respond very positively when these essential oils were used on their conditions.

Always, always, always, remember, that until you are well versed in practical useable of essential oils, that you should dilute these oils with a carrier, such as Olive Oil. The three oils I referenced above can all be warm and even very hot, to the skin, if applied neat(undiluted). Oregano is the hottest, and is generally ok neat on the bottom of the feet.

The American Botanical Council has some great information on essential oils.
