Awaken

Have you ever had that thought, that you've "been there, done that" before, but you really hadn't? The Deja Vu times of your life. Or had you? Most Americans have little idea of why this happens. One of the glands that resides near the middle of your head, about eye level, called the Pineal Gland, is at least to a large degree, of why this happens. This is your 3rd, or spiritual eye.

When you sleep at night, you have what you see as dreams. And many people do not remember, or even realize they had dreams in any given night. You always will, if you actually had some sleep. Part of what allows you to remember those dreams, is by the foods you eat.

The more packaged foods you eat, the less you will remember your dreams. The more raw foods you consume, the more you will usually remember. Dreams are in relation to your thoughts, both consciously and unconsciously. As I have had to learn, because my body/mind/heart causes this to happen, is that when we sleep, we astral project.

When you astral project, your spirit is leaving your body and entering some part of the universe. Or another universe. Notice how you may have had dreams of horrendous or ugly beings, or someone who is chasing you, you are falling, or perhaps you've just won the lottery, or gained a new friend. When you dream, this is your unconscious mind reliving your thoughts that may or may not be hidden deep in your mind.

Rather than go on for 3 hours writing an expose on this subject, if you want help in learning more about yourself and your subconscious mind and it's capablities, you can find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed, free your mind of thoughts, and simply "be". Close the eyes and let no thoughts occur. Simply "Be", and let things happen. This is the essence of meditation. This is how you have your dreams. Your conscious mind is not working. This is how you have preminitions, of which I have had what seemed like far more than my share of things, many of which I wasn't prepared for at the time to know. What can help you when you meditate, is to breathe an essential oil, or essential oil blend while doing meditation. What this does is help to open the pineal gland, and stimulate the others.

Essential oils that I know for sure help this include Sandalwood, Frankincense; and the blends of Awaken,Dream Catcher or/and Envision.
Always be sure to use therapeutic quality essential oils, so that you are not contaminating your body and mind with chemicals. Your brain especially, is particularly susceptible to chemicals.

When you smell an odor, the glands in your head, such as the pituitary, pineal, hypothalymus, amygdala, all can respond instantly. This is proven science. Proven in real life by many including me. It is up to you to relax, and let yourself just "be", when doing any form of meditation.

Simply put the oil on your skin, such as the tip of your nose, your hand, your forehead, or diffuse into the air with either a diffuser or a clay disc designed for this purpose. Most health food store will have these discs. Few have therapeutic quality aromatherapies.

I realize many do not understand what meditation is, or think it is "evil", or not worth doing. Those thoughts are simply the result of incorrect thinking. This is something we are born with. Many cultures, such as the Hindus, Egyptians, and the Native American Indians, have done this for thousands of years, and many of them are far more advanced in the way they can think, visualize, and comprehend, than the majority of Americans. I can tell you from experience, meditation is nothing to scoff at. To not learn and do meditation is a dis-service to your soul.

You can find various teachers on how to learn meditation, teaching of the pineal gland, how to astral travel, emotional balance, etc., on Utube.

Together we can make a difference in this planet. If you understand meditation, you will know why I just said this.
