What To Do When You Become Sick

Should you go to a doctor? Perhaps. But only for a diagnosis, if you have any idea on how to take care of yourself. Once you have the diagnosis, you can then apply natural products that, unlike drugs, will not harm you. And granted, there are natural products that could harm you. So always ask questions if in doubt. ALL drugs have the capacity to harm you. That's what chemicals do.

The herb Pau d'Arco is a powerful immune stimulant and candida fighter.

Garlic is similar to Pau d'Arco, and also fights viruses and bacterial infections.

Dairy is not good to use when you become sick, unless you are using it to gain the helpful bacteria which you are probably lacking, in which case, Kefir is far superior to Yogurt. Either will help though, provided you have no artificial sweeteners or other junk in them.

Using raw produce, either vegetables or fruit, and preferably organic and not taken together, is a very powerful tool to help you get over your health problem. This applies whether it is the common cold, diabetes, cancer, pneumonia, or the flu. Why? Because raw produce stimulates the metabolism which helps the body to fight the health problem. Raw produce also has enzymes needed by every cell of the body 100% of the time. Raw produce also has vitamins and minerals, and organic, or wildcrafted, is always superior to commercially grown produce.

Raw produce is an excellent weight loss aid. Potatoes, radishes, carrots, onions, garlic, tomatoes, grapes....if they are eaten raw, and without canned/cooked foods, will help weight loss. Canned/cooked foods always discourage weight loss.
