There are many ways to regain your health. Much of it is simply common sense and the following through with that and the knowledge of what and how things work in life.
Herbs for instance, if properly grown and eaten fresh, can be very highly beneficial. Properly grown means in good soil, with proper nutrients and sun, and without chemicals of any kind.
Aromatherapy, therapeutic quality only, is considerably more powerful than the herbs. This being the case, it would be a wise choice, if you have not used these before, to gain knowledge, and preferably the one-on-one help from someone who does use this method. This is one of the most powerful methods of healing known. This is one of my preferred choices, particularly when working with serious diseases.
Energy Healing, such as Quantum Touch and Reiki, can be very powerful. I use Quantum Touch, and have also used it on myself to help set and heal a broken bone.
Anger Management. Anger has a very detrimental effect on health, both physical and mental. Your attitude; in truth, your outlook on life, can dictate whether you are very healthy or whether you have serious illness or/and mental issues.
Holistic Healing is taking care of the body as a complete entity. Each time you treat an illness, you treat the body. Not a part of it. All of it. A very wise method of health. And granted, at times, one must focus on a certain aspect of the body or mind. Yet the whole must also be addressed to regain health to where it should be.
Magnetic Energy is another valuable method of helping the body heal itself. All things are electrical. Once this is understood, magnetic energy is often sought to correct certain imbalances of the body. There are ways to address this without using magnets, but not enough room here to get into it.
These are just some of the drugless methods of healing. Medical drugs do not help one heal. They sometimes appear to do so, but they do not. This is easily provable.
