Yet....there are numerous way to great health. Most americans, along with many other cultures, no longer really seem to care. They depend on their doctor to take care of them. And their licensed medical doctor is taught no health at all! They are taught to diagnose and treat symptoms with a poison, which is what all drugs are.
When you treat a symptom with a drug, you are always hurting the body, and quite possibly the mind as well. The poisons such as anti-freeze you put in your car are in many of these drugs, as well as engine cleaner and dyes; all known allergins. And that hasn't even gotten to the worst part.
So what is a person to do to regain or/and keep their health? Get as much information as you can as quickly as you can. I have stated in previous blogs that many life enhancing foods such as Chlorella are available.
But there is something else available that works very well in conjunction with any other natural health products, and that is something called "the one minute cure" for all disease. While I'm not so sure this will get rid of ALL disease, there is no question it will help get rid of the majority of them. Check it out right here.
Did you know, if you have a runny nose, the essential oil of Eucalyptus applied topically on the sides of the nose, can stop it from running almost instantly? I had been told that, but didn't really believe it. But when I did, I was so impressed I make sure I am never out of it.
There are several varieties of Eucalyptus, the one I know works is Eucalyptus Globulus. Of course, if it is not true therapeutic quality, you may not see any results. The links take you to therapeutic, which is what I regularly purchase for myself and those I help get rid of disease.
