Uses Of Therapeutic Quality Aromatherapies

The following are all clinically proven. Generally, the use of aromatherapy in healing works best if applied topically, although they can also be often be used as a scent or orally. Care must be cautioned though, when using internally. Always consult a practitioner if choosing to use orally. None of what I'm telling you here has been approved nor authorized by the FDA. I am generally very open to things not approved by the FDA, because of what I know about the FDA.

Lemon oil has been proven to be effective in increasing micro circulation in the body. It also helps the function of the immune system. Application on the bottom of the feet will also help relieve athletes foot.

Lavender oil is perhaps the best known substance in treating burns. Considerably better than Aloe if the lavender is truly therapeutic quality. The scent of lavender is also helpful for headaches and depression. The scent of lavender can help mental recall.

Oregano oil has been shown in university studies to kill every known virus. It is also anti-bacterial, and anti-fungal.

Thyme oil is specific for viruses of the spine.

Cedarwood is helpful in meditative practices.

Frankincense has been used since antiquity for issues ranging from gout to a broken head. By scent, it is spiritually uplifting.

Juniper oil may help the kidneys, and helps restore nerve damage.

Cinnamon bark oil has been shown in numerous university studies to be effective at killing all known viruses and helping the circulatory system. Like Oregano, it is also anti-fungal and anti-bacterial.

Clove oil is another oil shown to be effective at killing all known viruses, is anti-fungal, and anti-bacterial. This oil is also one of the highest known anti-oxidants.

Geranium oil is known to help restore nerve damage. It also is known to help certain kidney issues, and helps liver function. Geranium oil acts as a styptic, meaning it can help stop issues with bleeding.

Peppermint oil is effective at helping in issues of food poisoning. It is an anti-inflammatory, helps to relax muscles which can be very beneficial in spinal re-alignment. The scent of peppermint can help mental recall.

Ravensara Aromatica is perhaps best know for it's help in liver issues, with hepatitis and also in the treatment of the herpes virus. The peoples of Madagascar, where this grows native, call this "the oil that heals".

Myrtle oil is used to help stimulate the thyroid, and is helpful as a liver and gallbladder stimulant.

Pine oil is often used to help treat psoriasis, eczema, and itching of the skin. It is uplifting when used as a scent. It is effective against yeast, ecoli, mold and fungus. Hippocrates use this oil to alleviate lung and pulmonary issues.

This aromatherapy information is just from a few of the common essential oils available, and not all I use have been addressed here. If you have question, simply leave a comment and I will answer to the best of my ability.

I have personally witnessed all of the above take place with therapeutic quality aromatherapies. I have books in the 400 to 600+ page range, written by medical professionals and healers showing the benefits of truly therapeutic quality aromatherapies. Essential oils have been in our historical use almost since recorded history began.
