Since We're In The After New Years Resolution Mode....
We sure don't want to remember making those resolutions we made on New Years Day, 3 months later, and then say: "Darn it. I forgot all about getting back into shape like I planned. Now it's too late to get in shape for summer". But....there is a solution. Don't forget. Get a memory course(this is an awesome book!). Or better yet, do the memory course later and do the 60 day total body workout on DVD now, and be ready for summer with a body you didn't realize or remember that you actually had, that you are proud to show off.
