The Value Of Meditation

There is no doubt that meditation is incredibly powerful, for enhancing your energy and helping your brain to work better.

Lots of experts out there singing the praises of meditation, and how good it is for you. Deepak Chopra said in his seminar, "There is nothing more valuable than meditation.

Regular meditation can even help balance pH levels in your body. Balancing your pH is one of the best ways to feel better, lose weight and be healthier.

Stress, causes us to become acidic, even faster than a poor diet. Meditation is the best stress anecdote I know of.

Meditation is wonderful for improving brain function and balancing PH.

I know from my own personal experience, that meditation is sometimes easier to make happen when you have guided meditations to listen to. What I do now is primarily focus initially on the pineal gland in the center of the head, and visualize energy coming in from all directions. See in your mind the pineal gland physically opening. The pineal gland is shaped similar to a pine cone, but you can see it in your mind as anything you desire.

With meditation you can learn much about life, about yourself, about truth. If you've never done meditation before and would like to try, check out this site.

Meditation has been in use by most cultures since before recorded history began, and it continues today, and is becoming much more commonly used and referenced. Give it a try. It won't hurt you. And it may help you clear some of your limiting beliefs.
