Nutritional tidbit

The average american consumes hot dogs, cookies, soda, packaged meats. This is hard on your health.

Why?

First off, there are no enzymes, as a rule, in packaged foods. Enzymes are critical to health, to life. Sure, some items will have enzymes added, and hopefully those enzymes are active. Some items like dried fruit, may have enzymes, if the heat to dry them with was low enough.

There are also additives in these foods that can be very dangerous to any life. Things such as Sodium Nitrate, a known cancer causing agent, is in all packaged sandwich meats. TSP, commonly known as Tri-Sodium Phosphate, a harsh cleanser, is put into cereals such as Trix.

Soda has carbonation which destroys the blood. Any food with Aspartame, or better known as NutraSweet, should have a skull and crossbones, and buried 2-3,000 feet deep to prevent us from being harmed by it. This is not just my opinion. I am stating medical/scientific fact. This website is a great way to learn about NutraSweet.

If this fits into your diet, and you get little to no live food in your diet, then a great way to help yourself is to start consuming either some live and preferably organic produce, or at very least, herbs.

You can go to your local health food store and get packaged herbs. And hopefully no fillers have been added, they have not been irradiated(this kills enzymes), and are what they say they are. You can also purchase powdered herbs from reliable sources. These can be powerful health tools.

Chlorella, an algae, has a full array of vitamins, minerals, and some enyzmes. Very high in chlorophyll(excellent in regaining and maintaining health), high in protein, a superb source of vitamin B-12, for the vegetarians. And if vitamin B-12 is destroyed by higher heat, as several of the B vitamins are, then eating cooked meat won't give you much of it.

Chlorella is a great way to help liver and gall bladder issues due to its ability to open the bile ducts and allow the system to release the gall stones and more of the waste that has been caught up in the liver.

I found a company with a website which offers a good assortment of herbs, including bulk, for surprisingly low prices. These are either wildcrafted or certified organic. I haven't found anyone yet to beat their prices, even at lesser quality.

If you would like to purchase some Chlorella, or other high quality herbs, visit this site, which is the one I referenced a little earlier.

I will do more updates on herbs as an ongoing basis. Enjoy your day. Keep it positive. A smile in your heart becomes a smile on your face. And you happy, positive attitude is just like a contagious virus. Others around you catch it.

I enjoy teaching, and enjoy you being here. May all your days be fruitful. Subscribe to my newsletter at:
